Customs, visas and permits

Tourists over 18 years of age may import the following: 200 cigarettes or 225g of tobacco; 1 litre of spirits, 1 litre of beer, and 1 litre of wine plus limited personal travel goods.

Please note that you will need a travel visa to visit Zambia; this can be obtained at any Zambian High Commission premises.

All the other permits required during the course of your safari will be arranged and provided by your African Kirikara Safari’s travel guide. All the costs of necessary permits and admission fees (for entry into the national parks etc.) are included in the overall price of your trip.
